Next up is the handlebars. They didn't look so bad at first, but on a closer inspection, there is a little bit of surface rust.
I can use some sand paper to clean that up, but it will leave some marks.
I got a metal polishing kit over at Harbor Freight tools. After cleaning up all the rust, I gave it a good polishing and everything shined up nice and bright.
